What Is Your Electromagnetic Frequency?

Hmmm…a somewhat awkward question to ask someone especially if you just met them. It goes beyond typical get to know dialogue and in a dating world, this question most likely would end up in “How to get out of a bad first date quickly” category and yet… this is one of the most important aspects of our personality and our health. So, what is electromagnetic frequency and why is it important? “Energy”, “aura”, and “vibes” are the most common terms that identify human frequency and you probably heard it many times or even used it yourself as in “she/he has a good energy” or “I am getting a bad vibe from him/her”. Technology has come a long way and we now have photography and computer devices that can measure your aura.

According to Dr. Robert O. Becker in his book “The Body Electric,” the human body has an electrical frequency and that much about a person’s health can be determined by it. Frequency is the measurable rate of electrical energy flow that is constant between any two points. Everything has frequency. Dr. Royal R. Rife found that every disease has a frequency. He has found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease and that others would destroy diseases. Substances of higher frequency will destroy diseases of lower frequency. The bottom line is, all living organisms have frequency. “Good energy” is a product of high frequency while “bad energy” is a product of low frequency. When we are vibrating at a low frequency, we are in dis-ease, which may lead to disease on both emotional and physical levels because our immune system becomes compromised.

There are some great ways to raise your vibrations: dancing, spending time with friends, playing with pets, being around children, listening to favorite tunes, exercising, following healthy diet, nature walks and essential oils. Pure essential oils are distilled from plants and flowers that are rooted in mother earth, therefore, they naturally have high frequencies.
