Love & Support Women Circle (Zoom)

There is so much uncertainty and so much unknown across areas of life: job, business, personal life, home, place to live that it can become quite overwhelming to our emotional and mental health.

So many of us feeling the effects of being in isolation (e.g., blues, anxiety, sadness, depression, weight gain) and experiencing a full range of emotions.

Did you know that psychological research finds isolation and not having a support system to be detrimental to our physical and emotional health, undermining our immune system and significantly lowering the release of serotonin (wellbeing and happiness hormone)? The truth is dearest sister, we are not meant to be alone or enduring neither personal or collective challenges on our own.
